Nalka Invest AB (“Nalka”) has entered into an agreement to acquire 100 percent of the shares in Airteam A/S (“airteam”). The transaction enables airteam to further solidify its leading position in Denmark, expand its position in Sweden, and in turn create the leading Nordic ventilation specialist. With Nalka onboard, airteam will have a highly qualified and committed owner to support the continued journey as the preferred ventilation specialist in existing and new markets. Carnegie acted as exclusive financial adviser to Ratos AB (“Ratos”) in connection with the sale of airteam.
