Rights issue in Pierce Group AB (SE) — SEK 350 million

Carnegie acted as financial adviser in the rights issue up to SEK 350 million. Pierce is a leading e-commerce company which, with its online shops, 24MX, XLMOTO and Sledstore, sells gear, parts and accessories to riders across all of Europe through some forty locally adapted websites.
