Rights issue in Nilar International AB (SE) — SEK 273 million

Carnegie acted as sole global co-ordinator in the fully guaranteed rights issue of SEK 273 million. Nilar is a Swedish based developer and manufacturer of battery systems used in Electrical Energy Storage (ESS) systems suitable for stationary applications.
