Private placement of equity in Active ISP AS (NO) — NOK 623 million

Carnegie acted as joint lead manager in the private placement of equity in Active ISP AS towards Norwegian and international institutional and private investors. Active ISP AS is a web hosting company. The proceeds will be used to finance the company’s full scale European marketing effort.April, 2000.
