Placing of shares in Konecranes Oyj (FI) — EUR 286 million

Carnegie acted as joint global co-ordinator in the placing of 7,931,238 shares in Konecranes, through an accelerated bookbuilding to Finnish and international institutional investors at a price of EUR 36.0 per share.
