Placing of shares in Kemira Oyj (FI) — EUR 125 million

Carnegie acted as joint bookrunner to Solidium Oy in the placing of 7,782,765 shares in Kemira, through an accelerated bookbuilding to Finnish and international institutional investors at a price of EUR 16.0 per share.
