Placing of shares in Beijer Ref AB (SE) — SEK 5.6 billion

Carnegie acted as joint global co-ordinator and joint bookrunner in the placing of 40,000,000 shares in Beijer Ref, on behalf of EQT. Beijer Ref is a technology-oriented trading group with operations in refrigeration and climate control.
