New share issue in TeleDanmark (DK) — DKK 19.4 billion

Carnegie acted as Nordic co-manager in the new share issue of DKK 19.4 billion by which the Danish Government sold 49 per cent of the shares in TeleDanmark, the Danish telecommunications operator.March, 1994.
