New share issue in M2S (SE) — SEK 280 million

Carnegie acted as lead manager in the new share issue in M2S, directed at about 20 institutions, most of which are international investors. The new share issue was made in connection with the acquisition of M2S’ German competitor Prokoda.June, 2000.
