Initial public offering of Fastighetsbolaget Emilshus AB (SE) on Nasdaq Stockholm

Carnegie acted as joint global co-ordinator and joint bookrunner in the IPO of Emilshus on Nasdaq Stockholm. Emilshus’ business model is based on acquiring, developing and managing high yielding commercial properties with focus on long lease contracts and creditworthy tenants. Emilshus purpose is to build long-term and close relationships with its tenants through local presence and close engagement with tenants.
