Directed share issue in BICO Group AB (SE) to Sartorius AG (DE) — SEK 487 million

Carnegie acted as sole global co-ordinator in the directed share issue in BICO Group to Sartorius of 6,408,626 B shares at a subscription price of SEK 76.00 per share. BICO is a leading provider of life science solutions and laboratory automation that enable more efficient development of new treatments with more specificity and less need for animal testing. Sartorius Group is a leading international partner of life science research and the biopharmaceutical industry and listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
