Carnegie acted as financial adviser in the NOK 131 million directed share issue by BEWI Invest. BEWI Invest is an industrial investment company and the main shareholder in the listed companies BEWI ASA and KMC Properties ASA. Unlisted holdings include ownership stakes in BEWI Energy, Fiizk, and several other companies.
