Directed new share issue in Integrum AB (SE) — SEK 31 million

Carnegie acted as sole co-ordinator and bookrunner in the directed share issue of 1,937,500 new B-shares at a subscription price of SEK 16 per share.

Integrum is a publicly traded company based outside of Gothenburg, Sweden, with a U.S. subsidiary in San Francisco. Since 1990, its OPRA™ Implant System has helped improve the quality of life for hundreds of people who are amputees by directly attaching a prosthesis to the bone and musculoskeletal system, therefore avoiding the need for a socket.
