Capital raise in Nordic Solar A/S (DK) – DKK 2.2 billion in flexible capital from EIG Partners 

Carnegie acted as exclusive financial adviser to Nordic Solar A/S (“Nordic Solar”) in the capital raise of DKK 2.2 billion (EUR 300 million) in flexible capital from EIG Partners (“EIG”). Nordic Solar will use the proceeds to finance the construction of its pipeline of solar park projects in Europe (EUR 200 million) and to acquire new project rights to grow the company’s pipeline further (EUR 100 million).
