Carnegie acted as exclusive financial advisor to Schibsted in relation to the acquisition of the 9.99% FINN-stake from Polaris Media.
Following the transaction Schibsted will retain 100% control of FINN, which is yet another step towards simplifying Schibsted’s structure and unlocking the company’s full potential. Schibsted is a family of digital brands with a strong Nordic position, and more than 6,000 employees.
